RESOR is glad to share that it has expanded its litigation practice with the arrival of Emile Snijders and Anieka Meijs. Emile Snijders is an experienced litigator, both nationally and internationally. He has represented financial institutions and large corporates in class actions and high-impact litigation & arbitration for nearly 20 years. With a background in chemistry, he is well-equipped to handle litigation involving technical problems and the “E” in ESG. Anieka Meijs is a litigator with significant experience in the financial sector, dealing with cross-border litigation, as well as issues concerning securities law, financial supervision and ESG. Both spent the last years exclusively representing a well-known Dutch financial institution (and its subsidiaries).
With this expansion, RESOR continues to build on its existing litigation practice, including its Supreme Court practice. This again reinforces RESOR’s position as the Dutch go-to law firm for litigation that is complex or cross-border in nature, as well as corporate restructuring and insolvency.
